Innovation Conference: Sustainable Manufacturing: Innovations and Insights

Learn about the latest trends and solutions in sustainable manufacturing and be inspired by circular business models that are already up and running.

The sustainable road ahead

At this joint conference co-hosted by DI Produktion and MADE – The Danish Cluster for Advanced Manufacturing, we will be exploring the future of sustainable manufacturing.

You will be introduced to the demands and possibilities that lie ahead on the road towards a more sustainable manufacturing Denmark. The LEGO Group will be explaining how they have planned out their journey towards sustainability and independent advisor Janda Campos will give her perspective on trends and changes in this field, and on how companies will be impacted.

Circular business models that work

At the conference, you will meet some of the companies that are already well underway with a circular business model.

Learn how NewRetex has built a business on used textiles and how Tier-1-Asset has done the same with used computers. Finally, the SME Letbek Plast will be sharing insights on how they are making some of their products circular.

The brightest minds

We’ll be rounding off the day by celebrating MADE FAST researchers. This will be marked with conferral of the Otto Mønsted Award on two PhD or Postdocs who have come up with the most innovative solutions this year.

In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to gain inspiration and share your thoughts on sustainable manufacturing, and network with experts and like-minded representatives of other manufacturing companies.
