At this year’s MADE Event, we’re spotlighting the new technologies and green manufacturing solutions that will strengthen Denmark’s and Europe’s competitive position. Join us to discover what other companies are doing and enjoy a MADE-exclusive guided tour of the VELUX manufacturing facilities and the all-new LKR Innovation House.
- 22 aug2025
MADE brings together Manufacturing Denmark to share knowledge about new technologies and sustainable solutions. This is a chance to celebrate great results and ideas, network and get a unique look into VELUX manufacturing.
The Annual MADE Event zooms in on the latest solutions and features that are needed in the face of the current pressure on the competitiveness of Danish and other European companies – and of geopolitical tensions that are changing the landscape.
The latest know-how from Denmark and abroad
This year’s programme features interesting presentations from Danish and international experts within advanced manufacturing from both a global and national perspective.
Through interviews and a panel debate, you will learn the answers to questions like:
Which technologies will help us achieve world-class manufacturing?
How do we pave the way for a sustainability and circularity breakthrough in Denmark?
The line-up includes speakers from VELUX, Grundfos, Osvald Jensen, SICK, Letbek, Aasted, Danish Academy of Technical Sciences, Technical University of Denmark, Danish Technological Institute, University of Southern Denmark and many more.
Join a MADE-exclusive guided tour
The event also includes a MADE-exclusive guided tour of the VELUX manufacturing plant, with an opportunity to choose which specific facilities you would like to see.
There’s also the chance to enjoy a blast in a wind tunnel, visit the VELUX museum, get an up-close look at robots and much more.
Former timber depot becomes state-of-the-art Innovation House
The Annual MADE Event will be hosted at the brand-new LKR Innovation House in Østbirk, central Denmark, which has been converted from a former timber depot into an innovative workplace.
We’re looking forward to networking with a wide range of Manufacturing Denmark stakeholders in these impressive new surroundings.
