LEGO Group shares learnings from their digital transformation
LEGO Group has initiated a digital transformation of their production, including the implementation of agile project management for their IT-projects. At the MADE Company visit LEGO Group will share how they prioritize and make choices in their digital transformation. We will hear about the obstacles they have faced, how the digital transformation is accelerating and what LEGO Group’s focus areas are besides the technology development.
See the production up close
During the tour of LEGO Group’s production, you will see the foundry, the injection mould storage, and the component warehouse. LEGO Operation will present how they drive innovation, and how they see the difference between development and innovation.
Learn from others
A digital transformation concerns the whole company and not just the production and business processes. It is necessary that the business becomes more agile and reacts faster to changes in the environment. During the MADE Company visit you will get valuable insights from LEGO Group´s findings and research in the area of digital production, which can be used as inspiration to your own digital transformation.
