International demonstration projects
MADE offered tailored programmes for Danish SMEs to receive help from overseas centres of excellence to overcome specific challenges or try out new production technologies for six months from project kick-off.
During the course of the project, the SME could draw on the skills of experts up to an amount of DKK 100,000.

ADMA Trans4Mers
MADE is a partner in the EU-initiative ‘ADMA Trans4Mers’, which helps SMEs become the factories of the future through training and advisory services.
In the video below, you can see what the company BKI gained from participating in the ADMA project, which was the precursor to the ADMA Trans4Mers project.

MADE is a part of a network that transforms SMEs through the use of robots and artificial intelligence to make businesses more agile and support growth.

C-VoUCHER
– Cirkular economy for SMEs
The aim of C-VoUCHER is to support SMEs in the transition towards circular economy. Through C-VoUCHER, SMEs will be provided with the support needed to develop new circular (cradle to cradle) value chains, disrupting traditional linear (cradle to waste) business models.
24 SMEs from the industries agro-food, health, sea, textile, and manufacturing will be selected to join a program that helps them develop their business model and value chain.
MADE is a partner in the project as a Danish cluster for innovation and will help identify manufacturing challenges, possibilities and solutions related to circular economy.

ROBOTUNION
– supporting SMEs within robotics
In Robot Union, 40 selected SME’s received funding and access to technological expertise to develop solutions whithin automation in sectors that have an increase in the demand for robots.

In the series “My Robot Friend” MADE Podcast investigates the collaborative robot. Through a total of two episodes, we talk with experts about the origins, trends and future of the collaborative robot. Moreover, we visit the robot startup, Smooth Robotics, who with help from the Robot Union programme has developed a wielding software for robots.

DIHELP
In 2019, MADE was selected as one of 30 Digital Innovation Hubs across 17 European countries to participate in the DIHELP Enhanced Learning Programme that supports the development and scale up of MADE services and international network.
This strengthens MADE’s ability to provide easy access to knowledge and partnerships in Europe, participation in selected European projects, and a channel to show and disseminate Danish competences, products and other offers in Europe.
I4MS
– ICT Innovation for Manufacturing SMEs
I4MS (ICT Innovation for Manufacturing SMEs) is the European initiative to digitalize the manufacturing industry.
The primary focus is the digitization of small and medium-sized enterprises by building up a community in which SMEs can share their experiences, find relevant funding opportunities for digital projects, and connect with experts and other companies across Europe.
