Webinar: Addressing production efficiency improvement in the digital age – A matter of information flow

Learn how to succeed in planning and implementing digital transformations. In this webinar, you will be introduced to useful tools and inspiring company cases.

Research from 2018 showed that only about 16% of digital transformation initiatives succeeded and only 10% translated into actual business value for the companies that initiated them.

In this MADE Webinar, participants will learn about the common barriers in digital transformation and the tools to overcome them.

Information flow and roadmaps

When initiating digital transformation, you need to identify and quantify the impact of production improvements – in short and long terms.

During the webinar, participants will be introduced to the “Digital Factory Mapping” approach developed by FORCE Technology and applied in MADE projects with manufacturing companies.

The approach can help companies identify bottlenecks and other opportunities where digitalization can be key to improvement.

Using the results, the approach ultimately supports companies in making a prioritized roadmap and a digitalization strategy.

Learn from others

This webinar will present how Danish manufacturers have been addressing digital transformation in e.g. MADE projects.

It springs from a new MADE White Paper by FORCE Technology which sums up knowledge across company projects where the Digital Factory Mapping has been applied.

This event is funded by Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science.

Feel free to download the White Paper here.
