Inno-Sign is a Danish manufacturer of electronic displays for gas stations and parking signs.
The company has been met with a customer demand of delivering a complete end product – and not just a component – such as a gas station pylon with built-in electronics and displays. The company has seen great potential in this product, as they can design a pylon which protects the electronic controls and displays and increase the overall quality of their product.
However, the move towards delivering a complete solution to the customer demanded new internal workflows, processes, and a new business model, as well as considerations about roles and responsibilities involved with this change.
To help Inno-Sign make this transition, a MADE Demonstration project was initiated. The MADE Demonstration project provided Inno-Sign with support from FORCE Technology to review and perform quality assurance of all processes and decisions to deliver the change.
“Thanks to this projects, we have had a good take-off with the new product. Our next step is to take this product and solution to the markets of Norway and Sweden,” Henrik Frydendal, CEO of Inno-Sign, says.
