The board of MADE
Good foundation governance helps ensure transparency, accountability, and trust in everything we do. We actively follow the Recommendations for Good Foundation Governance, with a strong focus on clear frameworks for decision-making, roles, and responsibilities.
The Board of Directors has the overall responsibility for the governance of the association and for ensuring that the principles of good foundation governance are implemented in practice. MADE’s Board of Directors consists of seven representatives from industry, three representatives from the universities, and one representative from the GTS institutes. The seven industry representatives are appointed by the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI), while the universities and the GTS institutes have each agreed on a fixed rotation scheme for appointing their representatives.
